Incredible service
Went into our local branch today and spoke to an extremely helpful assistant called Victoria, she helped us upgrade from 150mbs Internet to 900mbs Internet and got us £3 off what we were previously paying, would definitely recommend going into branch, we're going to pop in later this week and upgrade our phones too!

Fantastic customer service
I stupidly locked the sim on my iPhone by forgetting my pin, failed at the chat, so went into branch and met the wonderful, Vicky. She fixed this and renewed my sim at no cost. Then she saved me £12 on my broadband/phone contract without me having to ask the question! Vicky is lovely to talk to and empathetic. This level of customer service will continue to keep me with Vodafone. Well done, Vicky .

Great experience
Had a great experience at Vodafone Newton Abbot. Both times I've been into store I have spoken to Charlie, he's been great, reassured me when I turned up in a panic after being scammed and also found me a great deal when I was having issues ordering a phone for my daughter. Highly recommend!
