Ethan was so easy to deal with
Ethan was so easy to deal with, super professional, knowledgeable, explained everything in really simple terms and very friendly. He got us sorted with two phones & plans for our daughters. Joe was also great working together with Ethan to get the two phones sorted for us!

Brilliant experience in Northallerton shop. I found a fantastic deal for a new phone for less money than I was spending. Joe even helped me claim the free gift from samsung after transferring all my data. Amazing.

Joe at Northallerton branch was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and quick with dealing with my upgrades and enquiries.
I can’t believe I wasted over an hour in the York store getting nowhere when it was all sorted in Northallerton in 20 minutes.
Would recommend this shop and the staff there to everyone.
