Good service
Robert was very knowledgeable and gave very good advice. I didn't come away with the phone I had wanted,but I believe this was the correct decision. I was advised on the phone that suited me best. Robert helped me transfer my data from my old phone and this was carried out successfully. I have subsequently managed to log into everything I needed to, so am very happy.

Sam at the vodafone store was extremely helpful, kind and understanding. I had loads of trouble trying to get my phone exchange sorted on the phone, but Sam was able to advise me straight away and quite quickly as well!
