went to store that had a power cut so ended up in Redcar thank god for the power cut was created and spoke to immediately on entering the store as my queries was quickly and efficient handed over to Ste I was guided through options for broadband installations with ease was treated respectfully and made to feel unpressurised of ordering new phones , was given chance to discuss all options available what a delightful young man m,bro loss certainly Redcar gain even though my order was a bit complicated Ste went out of his way to explain everything that would happen and made everything seem less complicated I definitely recommend this store. Hopefully my new broadband will go smoothly. It’s much nicer to talk to staff in store that on telephone in my past experience sales via online are not a patch on face to face with staff as wonderfully as Redcar store Ste keep up the good work you made the trip worthwhile saved me money too thanks Ste Review by G Futcher

Leah was so hopeful helping upgrade my…
Leah was so hopeful helping upgrade my phone and watch. I wasn’t really sure what devices I wanted but she talked through all options and helped get me a great deal on a new phone and watch. She also helped me with the trade in tool to put the trade in money as credit towards my first few bills, so hopefully, highly recommend. Thank you Leah, excellent customer service.

Great customer service and helpful
Came in to look at phone plan prices as unsure what I wanted, the two girls in store Leah and Megan were really helpful and gave me lots of information on the plans. Good service and they helped me choose what I wanted, I will be back on payday!!

Store Review
Visited the store twice over the last few days and all staff have been absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, very friendly , helpful and enthusiastic. Ordered a new phone, sorted out my other contract to a better deal couldn't have asked for more
