I hadn’t updated my phone for 10+ years as I’m a true technophobe!! I had no clue what to do regarding a new contract. I was greeted by Liam, he took his time finding me the most suitable phone and plan and also went out of his way to advise me on best roaming options for travelling to Morocco. Had a big problem with my bills and extra charges that I wasn’t aware of. Liam swiftly assisted me and helped me with these extra charges, and also put me on a cheaper tariff which I’m happy with. Saving £12 per month nice one
