I was served by Mia & Sam and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had in a store. Showed complete professionalism and also made the whole upgrade journey fun! We moved over our broadband and brought all our EE sims over just for the customer service! Fabulous, amazing, spectacular.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Dany!
I came into the store because I had broken my phone and needed a new one and had a shift that day I needed to go to. It was hard getting a phone for the same day as they were pretty much all reserved however after behind the scenes A1 effort and top customer service was able to provide me with a phone for the same day and upgrade my wife’s one at the same time.
Managed to get to my shift and all was good, honestly Dany thanks a lot deserve a pay rise or something!

On holiday in Sheffield , Phone problem !
On holiday in Sheffield , got stuck with no data , wanting to upgrade my phone too . I popped into Vodafone Meadowhall too sort both queries out ! Ramzan and Sam helped me no end .

Called into this branch just for a quick look, Jam helped us out with no sales pressure, so polite and courteous and helped mum decide on what plan was best for her by providing details on each plan. Would recommend 🙂

We had an excellent experience with Ramzan and Miaa. Their service and support were outstanding from start to finish. i was served but a lovely young man jakub superb customer service he took me and my husband on today whilst there was a group of lads just chatting away at the front, jakub sorted out my contracts and helped transfer my phones across then a young lady sasha came over to help sort something out on icloud great customer service
