Very good service
Very good service today received from Sam/lulu/dany, who were all really friendly. I was looking to update my phone Sam was very knowledgeable about different phone and packages available and we managed to get a new phone and airtime package within my budget. Thanks Sam for your help.

Went round every network provider in the mall and its the first time the best offer came from the provider i was already with.
Sam was very helpful in explaining all the details and figuring out what we can do. Even telling me to wait an extra day to save more money
Good value, great service. Happy to be staying with vodafone.

Esims are a nightmare
Went into meadow hall shop today upgraded phone but couldn’t make any calls, Anjum put himself out to sort the problem, long story but wife ordered eSIM on hols because of lack of signal, Anjum explained that the eSIM overrides your own sim , he sorted us and were very grateful..thank you again

My mobile restored to full working order.
Today I went into the Vodafone shop,in the Meadowhall Sheffield the 17th July 26, as i had a problem with my Samsung phone.There were two staff on the doorway and both greeted me. The male member of staff said could he help. I explained that my phone was getting messages blocking its use. These two staff sorted it out straight away ,no questions ,no making me feel bad because I couldnt sort it out myself .They were a asset to the company and sorted my telephone out in 5 minutes..
