Vodafone UK - Sheffield Meadowhall Experience Avis 

I met Ramzan today to get a new contract for my daughter, he was brilliant and gave me a great deal. He explained everything to me so I understood exactly how much I was paying and even helped explain what I was paying for my broadband. I ended up upgrading my contract aswell as I got a really good deal. I have struggled previously trying to upgrade and take out contracts but Ramzan customer service was amazing I just wish every worker was as polite, patient and professional as Ramzan.

Today I was assisted in store by a wonderful young man, Sam. He sorted my accounts out and streamlined all my payments. He treated me like a human. Ring which is often a rare thing these days.

Both Andreea and CJ were extremely patient and helpful when I had issues with placing an order online, super patient when issues came up and they both had a lovely friendly attitude about them. Helped me place my orders and had fantastic causal conversation too. Absolutely 10/10

Fantastic customer service from Loui at the Sheffield, Meadowhall store. After a very stressful day he treat my mum with compassion and really calmed her down after she lost her phone and needed a new sim card. After a very frustrating experience yesterday spending 1 hour 40 minutes on the phone to Vodafone sales — only to be told at the end of the call that the phone I wanted was no longer available — I decided to visit the Meadowhall store today instead.

I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, Loui and Puja were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They completely turned my experience around and managed to get me an even better deal on the latest iPhone 17 Pro Max, along with helping me trade in my old phone.

I especially want to mention Loui, who I believe is new to the team. Honestly, I would never have known — his confidence, professionalism, and customer service were outstanding throughout.

Thank you both for making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be returning to the Meadowhall branch and would happily recommend them to friends, family, and work colleagues.

Absolutely outstanding service from Mia at the Vodafone Meadowhall Sheffield store. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, Mia was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me sort everything out and made what I thought was going to be a stressful upgrade feel completely effortless.

I needed a new tariff to cover the USA. Sam listened to me and clarified what I needed. He explained the cost if I were to stay on my current tariff then looked at a new tariff. He explained everything clearly and was able to answer all my questions. He also reassured me that my phone would not need any changes, which for me was big thing.
My experience was quick and I left the store extremely happy. Thanks Sam

Ramzan was very helpful this afternoon.I had issue with my phone and he dealt with it very efficiently and was friendly and chatty at the same time.The girl on the door was helpful too..
