Really great service
Really great service! We’ve visited the store a few times for phone upgrades and broadband, and the staff have always been friendly, helpful and professional.
We recently had some issues with the delivery of our broadband equipment, so we went into the store to get some help. Marina and her colleagues were incredibly patient and took the time to look into the issue and help us sort it out.
We really appreciate their excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this store in Southend high street. Thank you, Marina and team!
