My experience at first with Vodafone…
My experience at first with Vodafone wasn't a great one as all issues wasn't resolved over the phone and in store
However I went again met a staff named Sam at Vodafone store in Stockport. He was so polite patient and welcoming. All issues were resolved. THANKS to Sam he deserves ten stars cos he was able to resolve issues that was pending for over 3weeks!

Superb service!
Bianca at the Stockport branch was amazing. I went to pick up a phone I had ordered via telephone and straightaway she pointed out that I could get a better phone with the same data etc. at a cheaper price.
Bianca explained everything to me and took the time to complete the transaction. She was very friendly and chatty. A very pleasant experience.

The most amazing customer service experience! Sam helped me with his brilliant knowledge of product and knew exactly what was going to be the right phone for my use as an artist and to keep within my budget. He spent time discussing it with me. What an amazing member of staff you have in Sam. He deserves an award! Would highly recommend a visit to the Stockport store to be served by Sam x
