Warren (Sutton store) was fantastic…
Warren (Sutton store) was fantastic helping me select a new iPhone and transferring my old phone to the new. I am very old fashioned when it comes to the cloud etc and Warren helped me greatly! I came in to the store with my young baby too and she was very happy in the store and Warren even took time to smile and wave at my baby to keep her entertained. Great experience for someone (me) who does not understand technology well!

I popped into the Vodafone Store in (Sutton) today (16/10/2925) to enquire about a a "Gigi Cube" which for me would be suitable for the new address I would be moving to shortly.
I was assisted by a store advisor (Mahid) who was most helpful.

Extremely helpful
I have had an on-going problem for several weeks that I have been unable to resolve and visited Vodafone Sutton and was extremely lucky to be helped an advisor called Mahid. He is extremely professional, helpful and showed extreme patience when dealing by with me. I cannot recommend him highly enough and Vodafone are very lucky to have him a their staff.

I went into the Vodafone shop in Sutton…
I went into the Vodafone shop in Sutton as my Samsung fold 6 phone had a faulty power on button. I sat down and the sales assistant didn't want to help me at all. I explained I had a faulty phone, when I handed it to her she started to go into the settings to perform a full factory reset. Thankfully I could see what she was doing and I stopped her. I explained it had a maintenance setting which meant a full reset wasn't nessasery. She looked at me like I was stupid and asked another female assistant who said the same thing. I asked if I could put it into maintenance mode anyway and if the engineer had to do a full reset then so be it. After all this she then tells me the phone is out of warranty. I explain it's only 6 months old but she insisted it's out of warranty. Could you imagine if she had reset my phone only then to be told they wouldn't deal with it!! OMG!!!! I explained Samsung give a two year warranty a d then she says it's because it was purchased online. No offer of a solution and I was told they wouldn't do anything. Well that's it for Vodafone, once my contract runs out, I'm done with them. I subsequently found out all I needed to do was ring Samsung and they send a courier to pick up and drop it back when it's fixed. If only the female sales assistant could have explained this instead of treating me so poorly, never again!
