Contract change, brilliant service!
I came in today to sort out my contract as it had finished and spoke to Levi, he has been amazing and managed to get me from a iPhone 15 with 50gb of data to a brand new iPhone 17 with 100gb of data for less than my contract was originally!!
The computer systems need to be better though, Levi was struggling to sort it all out because the system/computer was playing up.

Vodafone Tamworth Store
Went into Vodafone last week to enquire about a new phone. Came out with a new one same day. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish from both Levi and his colleague. They were excellent and patient with my son too which is lovely. Really can not fault my experience. Thank you and keep up your hard work.
