I decided to upgrade my phone from S23 plus to S26 Ultra 1TB. Because of the size, it had to come from the warehouse, but it arrived at my local shop within 2 days. I got a good price for my old phone which was in good condition. Im quite happy with the upgrade. Courtney/Sonya in store helped with the data transfer. I am quite happy and content, yet again another good experience from vodafone, specifally the Taunton Store.

A huge thank you to all the staff at the Taunton branch who went above and beyond to help me get my phone number back after I was robbed on holiday. I was left with no number, no access to my banking apps, and locked out of social media. They were so understanding and friendly, and thanks to them, I was back online in no time. An excellent Branch…
We were in Taunton and found this branch of Vodaphone last Saturday
We have struggled to understand the process to safely back up the phone without any loss of data before sending it for repair . Sam approached us quickly addressed our queries and showed us the way forward. Thank you Sam we appreciated yor genuine skill and kindness. We would travel again to Taunton if we needed to buy a new phone , an excellent branch.
