Valentin - EXCELLENT customer service
Valentin helped us in the store in Watford yesterday and was with us for over two hours . I can’t thank him enough for his efforts . We came away with 2 new phones and all 5 of our SIM deals updated and improved .
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Would highly recommend going in store - it makes a HUGE difference. THANK YOU VALENTIN - see you in a couple of years - you may need that time to recover ; )!

Suvansh the sales man was so helpful aftercobsidering I had lost my phones and was in distress. He managed to arrange a replacement sim and explained that buying a new phone from Vodafone was the best option and most cost effective.

Broadband and One touch switch
Two months ago, I decided to change my broadband provider and switch to Vodafone using One Touch Switch. First of all, my previous provider claimed that Vodafone didn’t notify them about the switching date, so I was charged for two extra months of a service I hadn’t used.
And the service from Vodafone itself has not been good at all. I work from home, so internet stability is essential for me. But I constantly experience dropped connections, where I have to turn off my Wi-Fi and reconnect. Can you imagine how it looks when I’m in the middle of an important meeting call?
I tried to contact the company through the TOBI chatbot. The only reply I received was:
“Unfortunately all of our agents are busy at the moment. Don’t worry, you can try again later.”
But when is “later”? How can I actually get to talk to them? Nobody knows.
Overall, I deeply regret switching. And of course, now I also have to pay an exit fee.
