The assistant Nayim was very pleasant upon entering the store,he asked what I required but wasn't pushy.He had knowledge of the product I was looking for and explained the difference in the phones.i purchased a phone and had a new contract.and it was explained too me and broke down in sections so I was aware of what I was paying ,how much I was paying and what I was paying for.

Contract review
I came in to cancel a contract following a recent bereavement. Staff were very understanding and checked my other contracts and on realising significant discounts were due to expire they organised new contracts. Excellent service.
