Although wasn't quite able to fix the initial problem (needed a call to the helpdesk) I was offered a couple of cheaper plans, so was very happy with the service at the store

Everyone is friendly and they solid get to know the deals which are faster and better Wi-Fi for less money
Everyone is very friendly they have offered me deals and I have accepted them I have come out of my package with you fibre and now gone with Vida phone purely because it was bought to my attention which I would never have know great customer service
