Great upgrade deal in no time in store.
Just upgraded my phone at Vodafone Workington store. Store assistant Aaron was very helpful and efficient and I had my new phone and contract without any fuss or delay. Although it's day one I think it's probably the best deal I've had in the years I've been with Vodafone, and for me the in-store experience was much better than navigating online. Many thanks to Aaron for his help and advice, and I recommend this store without hesitation.

Samsung s25 ultra. I've been with Vodafone for about 4…
I've been with Vodafone for about 4 years now while I've had my Huawei, as I've always been impressed with the service. Decided to come into the Workington branch today to finally upgrade my phone and was seen too by a extremely helpful women called summer, who talked me though the difference of a Samsung s24 ultra and the s25 ultra. Very knowledgeable and helped to customise my phone contract so it suited my needs the best.
Now I've got it up and running I couldn't be happier. Just want to thank summer she was a pleasure to deal with and her customer service skills are top notch.
