Wanted to change my existing broadband…
Wanted to change my existing broadband as it was useless. I went in and explain what I need and what it would be used for. James was very helpful and gave me a few options that would work for what I needed, he was never pushy and very informative. Luckily while I was there I asked about the sim only deals they do as I was looking for a new one and the broadband I was taking out also came with an offer off a sim as well. Needless to say I left Vodafone very happy, paying less and got two jobs done at once. Thank you very much James.

The store manager James was absolutely…
The store manager James was absolutely brilliant. He helped sort out a sim contract and a phone deal for my mum and dad after a poor experience with EE round the corner - after being with them years I’d expect better customer service but it was disappointing so I entered vodaphone and was greeted with such a better and warm experience.
All the lads in the store were great
