Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to change our broadband activation date. After numerous unsuccessful attempts online I paid a visit to our local branch in Yeovil.
I explained my situation and my previous online experience to Yen Ha who immediately went too work to resolve the issue. After she explained my predicament to the call centre and not getting much constructive help she sought other ways to resolve the issue. After a few minutes at her keyboard she had resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction.
Yen Ha showed real dedication and exemplary customer support; she is a brilliant ambassador for Vodafone and I can’t thank her enough!

Happy Customer
Have been with Vodaphone for as long as I can remember and was due upgrade to my phone. Was seen by Liam who was knowledgeable and helpful discussing the various plans against newer phone. My current phone was Galaxy Ultra 22 and wanted phone which had good photo quality and within my budget. There was no hard sales pitch and answered all my questions with ease. Needless to say I'm happily the owner of new Samsung Galaxy 26. Ulta
