I have had Vodafone internet for about one year now and it is utterly hopeless. I don’t know how many times I have been on to the Vodafone helpline but all that happens is that I get frustrated and get annoyed. I have been promised credits on my account for the amount of disruption that I have had but they never were provided. All I can say is do not sign up with Vodafone even if you are desperate. They will downright lie to you with a second thought. As a home user I am completely irrelevant to Vodafone and all individual users fall into the same category. I have been way to busy to move my account and this weekend I finally have timer to do so. I will be dropping their equipment back in a black plastic bag once I move and they would be as well just throwing it directly into the bin when I return it.
