Excellent help and advice about ordering a reconditioned iPhone on the Vodafone website from Ada in Sligo, The Canopy shopping centre. Staff in that store are exceptional and highly recommend.

Promises broken
Promises broken. After a poor experience with eir I approched the shop to try to ensure a smooth changeover to vodafone. We planned a date to change over and the additional requirements as a panic alarm was installed on the land line. The planned changover date was ignored without any explanation and 10 days after the date Vodafone said was ready to use the service has still not been provided . We may be the exception to the rule but definately now the customer experience and support i would have expected.

I am happy that I left Vodafone back to…
I am happy that I left Vodafone back to Three. The reason is very simple, customer service from Sligo shop is really bad and on the phone also.
