Jacob and his team are always a pleasure to work with.
The vehicles are low mileage and well presented. Collection is easy and the car is ready for pickup in the car park adjacent to the dealership.
Returning the vehicle is quick and easy too. A check is made to make sure that it isn’t damaged and away you go to continue your own day.
I would honestly recommend this dealer to hire your car from. They have a range to suit your needs and are great to do business with.

Why don’t all car manufacturers hire cars?
It makes it so much easier to test drive the car and get the car you want every time.

I hired a Golf and found the booking process quite simple, but that said, I hadn’t booked the additional CDW waiver when I thought I had and also, I was convinced I’d booked the car for 5 days, with a return time of 2pm.

It turns out I hadn’t booked the extra CDW cover and the return time was 8:30.

Ben from VW called at 10:30am on my final day of rental as he’d been expecting the car back, but was very accommodating when I explained my error.

Also I returned the car and it was found that there were marks on the front wing. I was certain that I hadn’t hit anything, but clearly somebody else had been careless parking.

Ben showed me the damage, which surprised me, but because VW get preferential repair costs, the damage was less than £40.

The only criticism I have is that although the exterior of the car was clean, the inside of the windscreen was filthy, meaning that when driving into the sunshine, it was difficult to see through.

Other than that, everything was better than a typical hire company - including the price.

Amazing service, great price. I had an injury day after I rented the car and was unable to use it. They came and collect it for a fair price and refunded the difference. Brilliant service from a great garage.

Ben and Jacob were very helpful and informative by advising me of their vehicle availability. I came in for a general enquiry, they didn't have the car available at the time, but they said they would keep me updated via email or phone, so I can book it straight away. The car became available two days before my booking date Ben called me to let me know that the car is now available and ask if I wanted to move my book in forward at no extra cost, so I did.

Picking up the car was very straight forward. Jacob was extremely helpful, explained everything and dealt with us very efficiently.
The car itself was in excellent condition and I enjoyed driving it.
Dropping off was also very easy, with quick and friendly service. I would definitely use them again.

Was good but could have been better, every time I’d call in to extend rental I’d be waiting too long/rep wasn’t available - that can be improved - eventually when Jacob or someone else was finally available it would be ok

Straight forward and budget friendly. Rented a VW T-Cross for 3 days. No mileage limit, friendly customer service, no hassle and for £35 a day was a bargain. Will definitely use again when needed.

Car was great - brand new, very clean and high spec. The model we booked is what we got. They were very flexible and able to change times and add dated on very easily. Pick up and drop off was smooth and relatively quick. We would use again.
