Whilst I am satisfied with the…
Whilst I am satisfied with the wallpaper I was not satisfied with the delivery. The delivery arrived via UPS unannounced and I was not in. I then could not rearrange delivery but instead had to go and fetch it from a store. My concern is that the wallpaper cost over £1000 and it was heavy. When I approached WS they basically shrugged their shoulders and said that yes that this does happen because the manufacturer despatches directly to me. I’ve previously purchased from other online wallpaper sales a they managed to put a process in place to alert me before arrival. So doubt I’ll use this company again for the inability to alert the customer in a timely mannerz

Wallpaper was great but paid 14.50 for postage and waited nearly a week for delivery. So would never order off this site again . Had to order the one roll I got because I was 1 roll short and this was the only site I could get selling it .

Disappointed with the sample service
I paid for a wallpaper sample, but it arrived after two weeks, was smaller than expected, and I felt didn’t accurately reflect the design shown online. Quite disappointing for a paid sample.

Bought a roll of wallpaper via amazon…
Bought a roll of wallpaper via amazon from this company it was an older pattern and these were the only company that had it in stock as it was discontinued dpd tried to deliver but failed i let the company know and received a very nice phone call that very day explaining the situation they also put the last roll on standby for me incase the roll went awol received the roll I purchased today it was well wrapped and in a strong box customer service from these were 1st class I recommend them 100% thank you to the lady on the phone brilliant service
