Huge dissapointment
Ordered wallpaper that was supposed to be textured. It was not> It was smooth like any ordinary wallpaper. For the expensive price and expensive shipping, it was a HUGE disappointment.

Ordered on the 10th of October
Ordered on the 10th of October, 4 day delivery. I chased the order which was deemed lost, then they sent a new order to be delivered by tommorow noon which was the 24th of October. Then left emails , saw the update, the delivery is on the 27th. I paid £230,had to cancel work men twice where I had taken work leave. I have requested a refund or complaints proceedure, neither has been actioned ( assume as it is transit). Communication is hit and miss, when you call you can only leave a message. Really poor service so far

Have not sent order and now can’t get hold of them.
I have placed an order, it says 5-7 days for delivery. 7 days later and I haven’t received an email to even say it’s been dispatched.
I’ve emailed twice and had no reply. I’ve tried calling the number and it just says there’s nobody to answer the phone and they are responding to emails…. Well no, they’re not!
I’m waiting on £250 of wallpaper and had a decorator booked which I’ve had to cancel.

Fantastic service and a great price
Fantastic service from this company. The wallpaper I wanted was out of stock, but they kept me in the loop re timings, and expediated delivery so that I didn't have to rebook my decorator. Katie was really friendly and helpful and the price point was the best I found. Would definitely use them again.

I have spoken with the supplier who sent this out, and it looks as though there was a manufacturing delay that we were not made aware of.
