We found all the staff at Wards (Henleaze) to be friendly and approachable. Efforts were made to keep the sale of our properties moving at a busy time of year and documents for signature were produced in a timely manner. However, we noted that occasionally there was a lack of attention to minor details. These were rectified quickly.

My husband and I made our wills with you quite a long time ago. When he died in 2021 I knew I had to make a new will but didn't want to go to Henleaze office. I decided to go to you again when you opened your Black boy Hill office as very convenient for me and my executors. Very prompt and courteous and helpful.
