Vermin hole in box Service POOR
Until something goes wrong it is difficult to know how good a company is. Well something went wrong and Warehouse Wines were found lacking. Vermin hole in the one box (of two) I ordered, the other not delivered at all. I emailed to find out what is wrong. I put this in my email to them (I have taken out my personal info []):

It is pretty disgusting to think rats have been near the wine I am supposed to be drinking. Clearly didn’t bother to read my email. Shame I can't attach a photo, but I have one if anyone wants to see it (actually it is the DHL photo of POD).

Disappointed with the DHL courier
Disappointed with the DHL courier, instructions to Warehouse Wines were to Leave in cupboard by front door - only if no answer, notification of time of delivery said between 13:54 and 14:54.
I had to go out but thought I would be back in time for delivery anyhow and got back at 12:50, on my door step there was a case of wine, obvious by the box with Warehouse Wine on it, on show to the neighbourhood delivered at 11:12. I haven't tried any of the wine yet and fortunately no one else had!
