It’s been 2 years and nothing!

It’s been 2 years. I haven’t received a thing. I placed my order in 2024 everything was going smoothly until I got a notification about my grills going through QC, but months past and I never received anything. I contacted them to come to find out they lost my mold. Sent me a new one and sent it back. More months past I contacted them and they said again they lost my mold again. I asked for a refund from Patrice who then proceeded to ask for my Zelle and Venmo and I received nothing! Then Eli whose the co-owner contacted me personally for the same information and I’ve still yet to receive my refund. No communication all of a sudden, I’ve dm their Instagram, text, call, and I get nothing. This place is a straight up scam they had alllll these issues with “production” and asked customers to be patient and flexed on Instagram like they are fulfilling orders that were late because of the issue. But I never received anything and now it’s like every time I contact them it’s being ignored. A SCAM! I

2 year no grill

2 year no grill, no refund even the ceo lied to me about getting the grill done. Y’all need to prevent anybody from placing order here. On they ig page it seems only people with a platform or a fan base gets their grill done at a convenient time. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life honestly. They were so quick to take my money but now that I want my grill I can’t get in contact with them

Quick to take your money but they disappear whenever you ask for a refund😂 I ordered my grillz back in February, took 2 months to come in, sent the impression to them and they sent it back with no explanation why. I’ve been asking for a refund for months now and still no answer. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Don’t fall for it/where’s my money?

I ordered grillz back in June. Sent my impressions and I have not heard anything since. I’ve tried to be patient and cut them some slack. But they will not communicate at all. I’ve sent a great amount of emails and messages on their website. It’s definitely a scam. I need my money back at this point I don’t want an update or anything at this point. It’s my fault for not checking reviews before ordering. They have a great social media team. Which got me. Please don’t fall for it!!!

If you could give a lower score you I would ordered a silver grill in June of 2024 no contact since November just paid this grill off this June still no contact no emails but you can still place orders and they’ll still take your money do not recommend just get your money back as soon as you can

UPDATE: The owner left a message on my rating. I emailed them and they responded apologizing. They told me to send my order info to personally resolve the issue, so I did. No response. I asked them to please keep some sort of communication. It’s been since June 20th. I emailed them on the July 3rd for any kind of update or response. Nothing. lol.

The lack of communication is beyond me. Regardless if your company is struggling to stay afloat you need to communicate it. There is no excuse for how poorly you handled and continue to handle this situation.

The truth is, Water ATL was on the brink of shutting down. As the founder (Patrice Taffo), I hit a point where there simply wasn’t enough money to fulfill the orders we had. A combination of unexpected business issues, manufacturing problems, and financial strain pushed us to the edge. I had to completely pause operations and focus on raising the money needed to save the company and make things right — not just short-term fixes, but a real restart.

It was the hardest season I’ve ever been through as a business owner. I know communication should’ve been better, and for many of you, it felt like we disappeared. That’s on me, and I own that.

I bought a basic fang grill and over a year ago and never received it. I’m fighting it with Klarna rn to have them removed as merchants for scamming and poor business practice

S C A M. Order placed over a YEAR AGO, got only the mold and then nothing. When I search for my order on their site it shows i don't have an order. They respond to my inquiries saying everything from "we have no order number" to "on it! we're rushing your order." Do not buy a thing from these scammers.

SCAM

SCAM! Its been over a year and they’ve been giving me the run around about why my grill isn’t finished. 4 sets of molds later, 15 emails saying they’ll look into why it’s not done, even a phone call that told me nothing new. They’re keeping my money and not giving any info. The saddest part was that I just wanted the grill in the end. That’s why I even waited this long. DONT TRUST WATERATL. I will be making a tik tok with further details. And reviewing on every platform possible.

I never received my grillz

I never received my grillz. The process of shipping moulds was extremely slow and they didn’t even provide a return shipping label, took me months to get the shipping label. It’s been a year with absolutely no communication on their end and I keep emailing them asking for a refund and they refuse to respond and then they like to post locking their upset customers online

This is my second order here and both…

This is my second order here and both experiences have been great. My star ring arrived yesterday and it looks exactly as I wanted. The support team made sure I got the right size and it fits perfectly. The only one thing is that it was supposed to arrived by Friday.

Purchased products back in December

Purchased products back in December. Was told there was a 14 days guarantee. It’s been months and my products haven’t even moved in the production line. I’ve contacted them multiple times, finally got an email back saying my issue has been escalated-still haven’t had a follow up. Currently
Trying to get a refund, I’m sure will be a nightmare. The worst company I’ve ever bought anything from. Would never recommend.
