Water Features 2 Go Avis 

Despite what others are saying I found the service provided by this company to be first rate, there was a slight delay (1 day) in the delivery but they emailed to say so, the goods arrived fully tracked in first class condition the next day. No problems at all. Would and will use them again

Solar powered water feature purchased from Water Features 2 Go. Item did not work at all. Water Features 2 Go did say item was tested, not under normal every day use, and was told item worked ok. Returned item for refund & was refused. Total cost of item was £39.95, plus I had to pay £12.95 to return as well as original £4.95 for delivery. Now I'm told they do not offer refunds & want to charge me another £4.95 to send unwanted item back to me. This means I will have paid more than 50% of total cost in p&p. In the end did not like product at all and only required refund for item & learn a hard lesson, but was refused,.

We are THRILLED with our new rainbow water feature. I searched for ages to find the right one for us. When I saw this particular feature I knew it was the one I wanted. I searched a few websites looking for one. Most places were out of stock. Others were far more expensive for the same feature. LUCKILY we fell upon Water Features 2 Go and their helpful, professional service & staff have been second to none! Thank you for helping us transform our new patio. It's PERFECT!

Bought a water feature for my husbands birthday but it didn't work immediately. I contacted the firn and Laura couldn't have been more helpful. Within 24 hours I had a new plug but that didn't cure it so within another 24 hours I had a new solar panel which works perfectly. Laura couldn't have been more helpful and easy to communicate with. A wonderful solar feature that my husband is thrilled with. Thank you.

Can't believe I found exactly what I was looking for in Water Features 2 go. The dispatch, and me taking delivery of the ordered item was so quick. I ordered a water feature cascade replacement jug and I got it within 2 days of ordering it. I would certainly recommend the company to friends and family.

Just a note to commend you on phenomenal customer service.
There was only a 48 hour delay between my dispatching the faulty unit to you, and my receiving the replacement, which is now running happily in our sunny garden.
The longest delay in the whole process was my getting the unit boxed up and posted!

I am at loggerheads with this company. An expensive water feature arrived faulty and I must say very shoddy and cheap looking. I returned it recorded delivery as I did not want to try and fix it myself with a plastic pipe as they suggested. Now they are refusing to pay my postage and deducted a further £20 as wrote their address on the outer box ! They ignore my questions and requests for a refund. I just want all my money refunded, surely that's fair? Consumer rights clearly say i should receive a full refund but they seem to believe that this issue will go away if they ignore it !

I CAN ONLY SAY AS I FIND THE WATER FEATURE IS VERY GOOD. SPEED OF DELIVERY FAST ORDERED THURSDAY AFTERNOON DELIVERD SATURDAY MORNING HAD A SMALL ISSUE BUT WAS RESOLVED VERY QUICKLY

Hi dealt with this company once. Terrible product with very little comeback and no customer service. Do not deal with this company - and I agree with other reviews that the chance of getting a refund is neglible. They certainly deserve their one star rating

Water feature arrived damaged in transit emailed them and Paul arranged a replacement by next day delivery, first class communication and customer service.

Great support / rectification!
I ordered a water feature which came promptly. However, the solar panel had been damaged in transit. I sent an e-mail to the support team and Laura replied asking that I send a photo of the damaged item as an attachment.
I did this, and with no quibbles or fuss, I had a replacement part 2 days later.

Had a problem with the pump and transformer of a water feature just inside guarantee and Laura at the service team at" Water Features" to go could not have been more helpful in sorting the problem.
