Had a very bad experience with this agency .Communication was bad from the start.We started buying procces at the end on March but nothing much happend until July.Takes ages to get to speak with agent who dealt with it.She was always in a meeting ,unavailable or on the phone.She just don’t bother to return any phone calls.I was the one having to chase to find out what was going on.In the end after a long and stressful wait we decided to move on to other estate agency which are brilliant at keeping informed without having to ask for info.And we finished all the papers in four weeks and now ready to move in our property .Regret that we waisted four months with this agency and nothing happened.

We dealt with Ryan for the initial photographs and then Ellie throughout the sale pogessing period. Both of them were professional, helpful and exactly what you want an estate agent to be, at one of the most stressful periods. Any problems which were being experienced during the sale progressing, were dealt with and communicated promptly, which resulted in a great experience with the Gravesend Branch. I would recommend and did recommend others to use them.

Watermans House have been very helpful. Nikki was polite, efficient and made the experience of putting our house on the market enjoyable. We have been kept up to date with everything regarding our house. Very highly recommended.

Can't be beaten on price. Sometimes had trouble contacting them and slow passing on information but on the whole I would definitely use them again.

Very happy with the service we received from Waterman House Estates (particularly Ellie) the only reason we wouldn't leave 5 stars is that sometimes we found it frustrating trying to get hold of someone to talk to (messages were left with the receptionist asking for our calls to be returned but these often resulted in us needing to phone up again to chase the matter up rather than receiving a call back). Would definitely recommend them and would very happily use them again in the future (but we wouldn't use their recommended solicitor - Cook Taylor Woodhouse again!)

Easy to deal with and came recommended by a friend. Also not overpriced like some other companies with hidden extras.
