Hi. We bought a slimbeam machine having seen one at a friends house. I can't fault the team from first contact through to final installation today. Excellence deserves to be recognised and it's rare across all stages of the buying process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Water rower to friends and family. Well done.

I decided to order my water rower direct. The customer service I received from Sianna has been exceptional from initial enquiry to follow up on delivery. I have found her to be professional and friendly. The rower arrived on time, packaged well and was easy to put together. I absolutely love my performance ergometer (as do my family). I opted for Walnut which looks so stylish. The rower is made well and well thought out. I find rowing to the sound of the water far more therapeutic than listening to a chain or fan. It’s a pleasure. The apps also work well and are fun to track progress.
Also, I was a little unsure about the length and whether an xl rail would be needed. My son is 6ft 2 and the standard rail is absolutely fine for him with space behind. This was ideal as I am able to store the rower upright and it fits in the summerhouse perfectly. Exactly what I was hoping for. I couldn’t be happier. I would certainly recommend this company.

I purchased the original waterrower and ergatta upgrade in oak + I purchased it in the UK from the officail site. First of all its a fantastic product - really high quality and looks great.
Communication was good, and delivery was prompt. There was one small quality issue that needed to be resolved, but this was done very professionally and quickly. It was really nice to talk to real people who didn't have to follow a script and they were so helpful.

Fantastic costumer quality and reliable
It is rare these days to contact a company after 3 years of purchasing a product and receive such great costumer care. A disc holding my belt cracked after use and I got it replaced quickly, with mails at every step of the way.

I am absolutely delighted with my new Waterrower. The quality and built are excellent, the added accessories purchased make for a fantastic training experience, rowing through the inlets of Vietnam, while the light ring enhances the theatre of the experience.
Customer service and after care have been brilliant, special thanks to Zarah for all your help in setting up the Apps and follow up queries I had.

Bought a slim beam cable for a small gym.

I set it up but the cable has worn too quickly and I have been told there is no support available in Ireland.

The Northern Irish company they use for shipping and delivery are impossble to contact and delivery was an ordeal.

I used the online chat as I had some questions in reference to the wall bars. They were quickly answered and I made my purchase. I was contacted promptly for a delivery day the following week on a day of my choosing. When delivered there was a couple of minor issues due to the packaging and a bolt had made indentations to the wood and the green packaging has stuck to the Tritrainer. I was advised that just using water would remove the packaging as was a natural cornstarch glue. A replacement part was arranged for next day delivery for the marked wood so could not have been more prompt in rectifying the issue. Issues happen it’s how fast and how they are resolved that matters and do not have any complaints.
Love the wall bars and Tritrainer they look fantastic in our gym area they are beautifully crafted also functional.

We've had a couple of Waterrowers for 7 years now. Needed some parts recently and the service was excellent

Sianna was really helpful and attentive during our visit to the London showroom. She answered all our questions and was on hand to help without being overbearing.

I needed to replace the tanks on my Series 3 WaterRowers - both 20+ years old and well used. The technical and support team, led by Sam, were really helpful, providing regular updates and solutions. And the team completed the work in 2 days so I could collect them on time. Excellent service, and I felt that they went above and beyond what was expected.

I needed to replace the tank on my Series 3 Waterrower and had many questions about the ordering of spare parts and the reassembly of the machine. All were answered patiently and helpfully by Zarah, Sam, Dell, Nithini and others. In the end the service team rebuilt the tank assembly for me, which was great. The original machine lasted over 25 years and I'm hoping the rebuilt machine will do another 25.

I need help with ordering spare parts for the WATERROWER we were so lucky to find on gumtree (he was devastated at having to sell it). I was able to send a photo and be assured the Bluetooth upgrade would fit my monitor, and also advice on color to order for the phone arm. Today I had a question about foot plate and after sending a video and receiving one the issue is sorters excellent customer service and communication. A lovely company to deal with and the WATERROWER looks so good in our bedroom and brings us both great joy 🤩

We picked very carefully our gym equipment. Russell turned out for a weekend appointment so we could feel and try what we wanted, we then put together a design. Our order was centrally collated and Vintage Oak was readily available, installation was smooth and the result is absolutely fantastic. Looking forward to many years of use.

Requested help finding an extra part for my exercise bike, to allow me to use 2 different saddles. I was pleasently surprised to be told that the obscure part was being sent FOC by return. They may not be perfect, but this kind of customer service is highly appreciated and should be recognised.

Ordered the rower and three weeks later still not delivered despite repeated calls and assurances that it’ll be delivered the next day. I would not use this company for any purchase ever again.
I’m also still waiting on a refund.

I made a mistake with shipping details for my sons birthday present and the delivery company returned the item to you guys. I called and spoke to a lady called Nithini who was wonderful - went through the error and reassured me that when it arrived from the courier she would fix it. 3 days later he received it 😃
