Denise dealt with my issues today at 12:38 on friday 2 of october. Her customer service skills were amazing. She was ever so polite and did her best to solve every issue. I had 10 out of 10 for her service skills amazing.

Account transfers
Needed to transfer multiple accounts into a new name- Debs on live chat was very quick and helpful and all done within a short amount of time

Leakage Issue
We had issue with a water leak and complications trying to locate it, Wave who are our Billing company has helped to locate and now trying to help with a leakage allowance for us. A big thank you to Sandra who sent us details on how to perform a stop tap test which found the leak. Also a big thank you to Chloe who is helping us with the leakage allowance. The customer services are always very helpful, pleasant and patient. Much Appreciated

What a very helpful customer service lady .
I had to call to question a rather excessive bill after a second estimated bill .
Thank goodness Lyndsey answered my call . She was so helpful and very quickly realised the problem . My problem was quickly resolved and i was mire than happy with the service i received .

I have had a lot of issues and every member of staff that I have spoken to has been simply brilliant. Not a long wait to speak to some one, so understanding, polite and generally extremely helpful. If every customer service team took a leaf out of their book, the world would be a better place. WELL DONE!!
