I spoke with staff member mitesh ,, and feel completely at ease and relieved now .. having tried fir over a year with both wave and castle water on and off to get to the right tariff for our water ..... Voir plus

I was closing down my business and wrote in by email to inform Angian Water regarding the dates and when I would submit my final reading. The response was swift and efficient. I then followed up with the final reading as promised.
I was surprised that my final bill to 27th March asking me to pay by the 11th April did not arrive in the post until the 21st April. In the same delivery was another letter saying that my payment was overdue with the usual consequences etc!
I guess you could blame the post but somehow I don't think this was the case.
So the initial pleasant customer service was spoilt as I was anxious to get things paid off and closed down.

Emma provided an excellent service in the online chat. Very knowledgeable and efficient. It was so nice to chat with an agent who understood immediately my needs and was able to respond with very helpful information. This experience made me consider moving all our water accounts to Wave.
Amazing customer service from MITESH. went above and beyond to help us, send necessary photos and information. Please give him a bonus/promotion. Also hi customer service style is wonderful. very patient and soft spoken.

I spoke with staff member mitesh ,, and feel completely at ease and relieved now .. having tried fir over a year with both wave and castle water on and off to get to the right tariff for our water .. we finally spoke with someone that completely understood our situation .. and directed us on what to do .. which we have done ..if every member of staff any where took there job seriously we would all be in a better place emotionally as well as financially .. I can’t state enough the exemplary behaviour of this staff member ..

It was a pleasure to actually speak to a person, Andy was so polite and very helpful, a very friendly guy. He sorted everything out that I wanted. 10 out 10 wish more customer service people were like Andy.

I phoned Wave yesterday and spoke to Laura to discuss the recent billing and correct meter readings - Laura was exceptional at her role and went out of her way to not only update it but ensure I had confirmation of future billing and gave me a few options which suited us best - the service she provided was 5 star!!
