We organise Small Group, Hands-on, sailing expeditions with the worlds most experienced skippers. We have adventures for everyone, from 'relaxing' coastal exploration, to stretching adventures and right to epic voyages to incredible destinations like St Helena island and Lüderitz. Enjoyed this course very much. A good refresher and learnt new things too. Especially liked that on occasion the course was delivered from a moving boat - all added to the atmosphere!

The 10 week course was both well presented and delivered and it is a long time since I have attended a lecture where the time flew by, a testament to the voice and delivery of Wavy. It was informative and easy to follow and full of practical elements that made sense and backed up the theory side of sailing and navigation.

David "Wavy" Immelman is an excellent instructor. His experience with Ocean Sailing is very well documented. He is the skipper of the Clipper Round the World Racing Yacht 'Bermuda'. He has a very easy, friendly demeanor which makes learning not only easy, but highly entertaining. In my opinion, he is one of the very best instructors I have ever know all the courses I have taken on sailing.

Bite size chunks that are easy to absorb, and explained in clear terms. Wavy has a great deal of experience and sharing it through these webinars is greatly appreciated. A good way to refresh previous learning.
I found this course extremely informative and with Wavy's enthusiasm for sailing, it made the course thoroughly enjoyable.
The detailed content was straight forward to understand, coupled with easy-to-follow examples.
Excellent on-line course - very professionally delivered, supported by simple/effective slides. Lots of practical insight, and a realistic pace to the sessions. Two-hour sessions enable a good amount of detail to be covered, plus weekly homework ensures the opportunity to demonstrate whether the material has been understood - and if needed, Wavy was always happy to follow up any queries. The sessions have been very enjoyable. I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in progressing towards Yachtmaster
