I used them in relation to a redundancy settlement agreement. I have no issue with the advice I was given which was fine. However the cost ended up double what I anticipated and I had to cover the extra myself. There was a suggestion at one point that the cost may end up slightly higher depending on any further work that may come up but not to the level it ended up at. There was also no additional unexpected work from that point so there should have been no need for the unexpected extra. I did raise this and didn’t really get an adequate, in my opinion, response and have also mentioned it in response to their request for feedback but they never responded to that which was disappointing hence this review. Ultimately this hasn’t ruined my life, obviously, but it has left a sour taste and as a result I wouldn’t use them again and would be very careful in relation to managing cost in the future with any similar dealings.

Excellent service and advice.

Nikolai assisted with a trust registration. He processed the paperwork and I received a communication from HMRC. However, after three weeks I had heard nothing from WBW. I contacted Nikolai by phone to enquire if the process was complete from his end, and if not, what the next step was. A typo had crept into my email address and he did not know I had not received his message and I, of course, did not know he had sent it. Apologies were made and the error rectified. Nikolai then helpfully talked me through what had to be done, patiently answering my questions and all was well. I was happy with the service received.
