Wddrainservices Avis

Paul was professional and helpful , couldn’t fix as it was united utilities responsibility, as in the road where problem was, would recommend.

Paul arrived on time and was really pleasant and professional. He explained what he was doing in layman’s terms and was very thorough.
The back office staff where pleasant and helpful in arranging the appointment and subsequent reports

We had a very positive experience with WD Drain service. Everything was explained clearly and honestly, which made the process easy to understand and trust. The work was completed efficiently, and the pricing was reasonable with no surprises. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service and would confidently recommend them to others.

The workman kept me informed of his arrival time. He was very polite and professional and didn't leave any mess.

Brilliant service would definitely recommend

Updates and tracking for arrival time. Awesome staff (Marcus).
Totally transparent service.
Excellent! 😁

Excellent service from WD Drain Services! We had a badly blocked drain in our basement that caused internal flooding, and they responded quickly and professionally. They arrived on time, assessed the situation straight away, and explained clearly what needed to be done. The blockage was cleared efficiently, the flooding dealt with, and they made sure everything was left clean and safe before leaving. Very knowledgeable, reassuring in a stressful situation, and great value for money. Highly recommend WD Drain Services for any drainage emergencies.

Very thorough and very helpful

Reliable and responsive. Highly recommended.

Called late Saturday evening after being let down by another firm who didn’t show. Paul confirmed he could be with us first thing following morning. He turned up as promised and in time and had blockage (temporarily) rectified in no time. Prompt quote followed to remediate damaged pipe work and booked in for 2 days time. Absolute professional service!

Mike arrived on time, very thorough inspection and kept me informed of progress. Site left as it was found

Absolutely fantastic service! Rang in the morning and somebody was with us by early afternoon. It was roots causing the issue, all sorted and everything working now as it should be. Highly recommend.

Gave them a call and they responded really quickly: out to the property first thing the following day (called in the late afternoon). They were brilliant: Paul got right to it and he was great, explaining what was going on, giving detailed descriptions of what might be up and how to address different problems, and located our issue and sorted it quickly.

Brilliant and would highly recommend!

We contacted WD about a blockage and Paul came the next morning to unblock the drain a task not made easy by our builders disposing of concrete and debris down the pipe but Paul wouldn't give up till it was all clear I would definitely recommend WD without hesitation

Excellent service - we use WD Drains when required for all our properties.

Amazing service, super fast response, with top quality work. Highly recommended

Absolutely brilliant service. Great family run business. I couldn’t recommend WD Drain services enough.
I had an issue with blocked drains and Paul answered the phone. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain thing and how they could help. It took less than a few minutes for Paul to identify the issue which wasn’t straight forward btw. He sorted it in no time and explained in detail the cause. Very knowledgable, professional and would highly recommend

Had an issue with a blocked drain and contacted WD Drainservices on the Bank Holiday Saturday. They called around on the Sunday Bank Holiday and identified the problem as requiring major attention.
Paul contacted me to discuss the issue and provided a quote within a few hours and arranged to prioritise the work for the Tuesday.
The guys turned up on time and carried out the removal and replacement of the damaged drains and removed all of the waste debris. All done in one day as promised. A couple of adjustments to the above ground pipe work was identified and Paul arranged for the work to be done the next day. In fact one alteration was done within 3 hrs of making the call.
You could not ask for a better standard of response from Paul and the team who have done a great job and I would highly recommended.
