Had a blocked toilet… Rang WD Drain services…. Prompt reply …Anthony arrived late afternoon after a struggle to get here because of traffic… sorted the job out no bother .. wasn’t easy but never complained… talked me through step by step and showed me on camera a dropped pipe underground which now needs fixing ..which was causing the blockage!
Also cleaned up after himself! … so would highly recommend this company and would use again … 5* s

Paul was great! Messaged me in advance with a time frame. He was very personable and we had a good chat whilst he was fixing the issue. The problem was easily found and drain unblocked within minutes. Highly recommend!

My Parents had a blocked toilet drain and when I called Paul he explained everything very clearly. He went through the options and was completely upfront about the cost and there were no extra or hidden charges. He answered any questions I had and once booked in the engineer arrived on time and got to work straight away. He solved the problem and even suggested what we could do to prevent the blockage next time. Really appreciate you coming out at the Bank holiday weekend. Very friendly professional service, highly recommended.

Call out arranged via text message, so was a bit dubios but the engineer came out as arranged, he even sent a text message to confirm he was on his way.
Unblocked the outside drain and checked there were no other blockages.
Great service, reasonable rates. Thank you!

Brilliant! Booked in with them to sort a slow draining toilet, came out the next day, drain cleared in less than half hour! Was given a fixed and very reasonable price, would recommend and use again.

I can't praise WD enough. Paul the engineer investigated our problem, gave us sound advice (which led to our getting the entire street's main drains unblocked by the utility company) and fixed our local problem, explaining and showing clearly what he had done and why. Thank you.

Paul came to unblock a bathroom drain this morning. The work was completed in a very professional and very helpful way. All at a great price. Definitely 5 star service. Paul arrived on time and cleared up before he left. I would highly recommend this company.

A blocked drain can be very distressing for a OAP - wddrainservices turned up early and sorted my problem in no time - everything was explained beforehand and made recommendations to avoid further problems.
Very reasonable as well.

WD Drains called to survey my drain issue the following day following my phone call. Despite the issue being logistically difficult to reach, they quickly identified the problem and fixed it within a week. Their team were extremely hard working and very conscientious. A trustworthy professional business I could recommend. Their price was fair for the work completed.

Great service from a great company. Always been reliable and knowledgable. Even arriving earlier than booked.👍

From 1st phone call right the way through to clearing the drain, all communication was 1st class, fair pricing and went above and beyond to solve the issue at my mums house.

Got WD in to perform a CCTV survey for me on a property I was buying as there was a blockage and I wanted to investigate further. The office was professional and quick to reply to emails. Paul that performed the survey was absolutely brilliant, answered my phone calls and answered all my queries. He also sent me the report that had all images of the displacements in the joints and the footage as well. Will 100% be using WD for any further work in future.

Excellent service from WD, starting from the initial survey to the completion of the works. They were reliable, punctual and communicated effectively. Using the survey cameras they explained what was needed and at the end of the job how well the system was now working. They were friendly, effective and very thorough. I felt the work they did was great value for money as well as being an excellent job.

I rang WD Drain Services on Friday and they arranged to send someone on Monday to look at our blocked drain. They arrived promptly and were able to quickly fix the problem. Paul was friendly and professional throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Used this company a few times excellent service, well mannered and polite, very good competitive rates would highly recommend!.

Very fast and professional service from WD Drain Services. Came the day after contacting them with a competitive price for relining a displaced soil pipe joint from our downstairs toilet. So difficult to find good trades these days, so will definitely use WD again for all future drain work.

We are property managers and our plumber has recommended WD drainage to us and ever since we would love to recommend them to our clients. They are very friendly and efficient, always providing their professional advice and support, we will continue working with great traders like them. Regards Rebecca from Bee Property
