I received great service from Weathershop. The items I bought were dispatched the same day and received by courier within 24 hours, during which time I was kept updated in terms of the parcel's progress.

Having unpacked and assembled the weather station (Davis Vantage Pro2) I had a question about the Weatherlink subscription, so I emailed Weathershop and received an answer straight away from Jacquie, who enabled my upgrade to Pro status.

Buying from Weathershop was an excellent experience all round, and I'd thoroughly recommend them.

Prompt delivery, good communications and a good well-made weather station, backed up by a warranty. Strongly recommended.

The Weather shop had the best selection of weather stations, whether basic or quite technical.
Their prices were the best for the makes I was looking at.
My Weather station arrived well eco packaged and very quickly.

I could not find a suitable weatherstation for me on their website. I therefore phoned them and they were extremely helpful, after determining my specific needs they suggested a weather station which was just what I needed. They didn't have it in stock but quickly got it in.
After assembly I couldn't get the outside equipment to communicate with the display unit. Another quick phone call during which they suggested an alternative methos of establishing connection, which wasn't in the book and hey presto all is working.
In brief they saved a lot of research time and were brilliant helping me set it up.

Order arrived as expected, well packed.

I cannot recommend the service that this company provides highly enough. From raising my problem with Jacquie Holdsworth through to a conclusion was a straight forward procedure.

Would have been 5* but somewhat slow in processing my Warranty return. I expected a turnaround in ~2weeks but it took 4weeks.

That said, the item was 2yrs old with a 5yr warranty and the warranty was honoured and a replacement returned. So all good.

Bought a Blesser weather station 2 years ago, it went wrong, lost some readings, contacted Weather Shop, they paid to have it returned, put it on test, confirmed the fault and replaced the weather station with an upgraded version (old model no longer available) all free of charge. Very unusual to find such excellent service nowadays.

After some initial difficulties, my experience has been excellent. Very pleased and would highly recommend

Excellent servivce and advice. My weather station faulted after 3 years. Because it has a 5 year guarantee, the Weather Shop were suburb in replacing the unit.
