Ordered 3 fruit trees nearly month ago still not arrived yet they’ve cashed my cheque sent numerous emails to customer service no response rip off

Trees finally arrived. All 3 incorrect varieties dispite me writing on order form in BIG RED LETTERS These Varieties Only and following up with an email AND telephone call. Desperately trying to return. Received a blunt email with RAC number but I have no idea how to return plus consumer rights 2015 state that they must refund postage cost and returns postage as items not as advertised. Emailed many times. No response to date

UPDATED: Ordered 3 fruit trees. Card was charged immediately but never got a confirmatory email. Didn't reply to message I sent via their website. Trees arrived after 2 weeks. Lack of confirmatory email made it look v. dodgy.

Note that the company name shown on the receipt included with the trees is not Wellform but Vedia Direct. Going to their website resulted in a page reading "Web Server's Default Page. This page is generated by Plesk, the leading hosting automation software. You see this page because there is no Web site at this address."

I have read the reviews for this company. My experience is a little different. Yes, the hand sanitiser takes a long time to arrive, but arrive it did and is a good article. I send an email to enquire where my order may have gone. I received a rapid, pleasant reply that my order was on the way. The sanitiser comes from Cyprus so, in the current situation is bound to be slow arriving.

Terrible service - waited 10 days for hands sanitisers, still not arrived. They don't reply to emails. Don't order from them.

ABSOLUTELY A DISGUSTING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH, TOOK MY ORDER WITH NO CONFIRMATION, AND DEBITED MY ACCOUNT WITHIN 2 DAYS, STILL WAITING AFTER 2 WEEKS FOR MY GOODS, THE COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM,MY E/MAILS ARE NOT ANSWERED, THERE WEB SITE IS DESIGNED TO CONFUSE,I DID MANAGE TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN AFTER PERSISTENT TRYING, ONLY TO BE TOLD SHE DID NOT HAVE ANY RECORD OF MY ORDER, I WAS GIVEN ANOTHER E/MAIL ADDRESS TO FURTHER ANYMORE ENQUIRES, THE NATIONAL NEWSPAPERS AND INDEED THE WEB SHOULD NOT BE GIVING ADVERTISING SPACE TO THIS COMPANY ALLOWING THE PUBLIC TO BE RIPPED OFF HARD EARNED CASH AND CAUSING GRIEF AND AGGRAVATION.

I purchased 3 mini fruit trees from them on 20/04/20 and the money was not to be taken until dispatch of the items. The payment was taken right away and NO dispatch information was sent to me.
Delivery was to be in 5 days and they have NOT arrived in 9 days.
Their phone number is a 0333 number with ridiculous charges and your told your waiting time is at least 5 minutes.
I have sent 3 emails and got the rubber ear treatment as NO replies.
Finally I sent a 4th emal expressing my feelngs and asked to cancel the order as they are against their own terms and conditions. I'll have to wait for a POSSIBLE reply.

I ordered 3 trees for my elderly dad and they have taken his money but not sent any trees!!! This was given my Dad something to keep him occupied during the lockdown. Very dissatisfied and disappointed as phone number dosnt even work. Ordered them ref an advert in The Sun newspaper!!!!!!!

Ordered 6 fruits trees last year, two of which were dead, asked for replacements but told that unfortunately the trees were out of season so had to accept refund but told had they been in season then they would have been replaced. They are now back in season as advertised so sent email requesting two replacement trees for the price of the refund but was told in no uncertain terms in a very apathetic email received from ""Zena" that I would have to buy another three different trees for £29.95 & pay a further £5.99 for delivery!! Absolutely appalling customer service with complete disregard for Consumer Law and customer satisfaction.

Selling Probiotic and said guarantee to lose 1lb a day, no diet scams etc. Well after a week I put weight on even though I was eating the same so didn't work.

They give you a 14 days money back guarantee, so after a week I contacted them about these and asked to return, guess what. No reply.

Scam of a company. Do avoid

Do not order from this Company. The Customer Service is non existent. The Answering Service is just that: it answers for several companies. Emails go unanswered and goods have not been delivered despite being ordered over 2 weeks ago. I have tried on several occasions to obtain advice from this Company but have yet to receive even an acknowledgment of my complaint.

I ordered 3 fruit trees from Wellform, as advertised in The Observer newspaper. These were given to family members as gifts. Despite careful nurturing, within weeks two of the trees were dead. I sent three messages to the company, requesting either replacement trees or a refund - they didn't even grant me the courtesy of a reply. Appalling.

Ordered a product, paid and received tracking details but they had requested a signature. Arranged for a new delivery date, it did not arrive, spoke with their customer service team and asked them to instruct the courier to remove the signature. The product has never arrived and the tracking details state it was returned back to them. They will not refund my money. BUYER BE AWARE THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Use this company if you want your contact details given to 3rd parties without your consent.

During the check-out process there 2 options about marketing, and the 2nd question is misleading. The sentence is incomplete, BEWARE do not assume that it is the same as the 1st box and tick it!!!

I'm sure this Company (part of the "Direct Response Marketing Group) wouldn't do this deliberately...or would they?

Did not order or ask for catalogue, so why is it in my mail...something about unsolicited mail. This needs to stop now.

You know the saying, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I ordered the probiotic svelte 'guaranteed to lose 1lb a day. 2 weeks in and still not lost 1. To be fair though, I got ill and stopped taking them for a few days, haven't attempted to get a refund as my 14 day period had passed. I am simply commenting on the product and the fact the marketing states success stories, clearly made up!

I ordered a product from them that did not have the result for me they had said I could expect. I received a full refund with no quibble at all. Their customer service was excellent, so although the product was not good for me the shopping experience was positive.
