A hotel in medium class. Great location.
But they have idiot minibar policy. If you touch an article it is charged on your bill. Prices are not visible on the outside.
And here comes the hilton ripoff. They charge you 12 pounds for a small bottle of beer.
A true shame.
Went for a concert. It's next door to the arena so the location is perfect and wembley stadium also. There are restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is comfy and warm and cosy. Only issue I need to say is the shower wasn't hot, it was Lukewarm. Other than that I was happy with my stay and will happily stay again.
Pretty much what you would expect from a Premier Inn - no better, no worse. It was easy enough to check in. The room was clean and actually fairly spacious for a London Hotel.
Not the worst stay, to echo what the others have said the cleanliness of the room could do with some work but the breakfast was lovely
Although the T&Cs dictate that there are no refunds, booking wrote to this establishment to ask if it would be possible to make a refund on this occasion due to the circumstances.
Unfortunately I have been grappling with mental health issues and as a consequence had lost my job, as a result both myself and partner were extremely upset and worried and needed every penny to pay bills, so asked if we could cancel and asked for a refund, the hotel flatly refused and wouldn’t even entertain the idea, if this is the level of customer service and understanding I wouldn’t set foot in this place if you paid me.
Blood on bed sheets and breakfast was horrific.
A relaxing atmosphere. Hygienic and well maintained.
