The whole team at West Craven
The whole team at West Craven, but especially Kimberly are beyond fantastic! I have had nothing but unbelievably professional service, Kimberly is so knowledgeable and supportive and most importantly kind and compassionate. She oozes ‘can do’ attitude and west craven just get it done! Second to none customer service, second to none expertise and by far the best Insurance Brokers I have ever been a customer of!! Would not hesitate to recommend in an heart beat!!

We have just had a claim sorted
We have just had a claim sorted for one of our contract floor fitters. who unfortunately went through a pipe under the floor boards...It made quite a mess, A lot of different trades involved in the aftermath. We dealt with Rachael, who managed to put everything together, Sorting all the quotes & Invoices out. Without any drama. She even contacted the end user to assure them things were in hand. Ten out of Ten. praise where it's Due. Many thanks Rachael.

Quality service and response
We have only used West Craven for a few months after starting a fleet insurance policy. Certainly could not be any easier. Just email your requirements and its sorted with no fuss. Ive not had to claim so I cant comment on how good the response is then (hopefully I wont find out).
Scott Clarkson has been my main contact. All I can say is thank you for your assistance so far. He even responds when it says he is off work! Thanks
