Western Alliance Bank has always been good about helping me with any issues or need help with. I'm not losing money like I did with chase, the bank has decent security to combat hackers. They do close during the weekend and don't have atms but that to me just increases my security for my accounts. You can use another atm location where ever you go if need be and you'll see that other banks will charge $s to do so. At WAB the people are friendly and help when you need help. They don't nickel and dime you at WAB. That's where other banks fail they charge you for everything, don't help when you actually need it like an unforseen problem, no perks, too many policies that don't help others.

He’s also a great connector who thinks outside the box to help meet your needs…even if it’s a need his company can’t meet, he knows people who can. He genuinely wants to help you succeed. When I tried to link my local bank with Western Alliance Bank I was ignored for the first two months even after sending multiple messages. In the 3rd and 4th month they repeatedly verified my identity even though I had been a customer for over a year. I had no access to my funds for over 4 months and could not close the account until the link was confirmed.

On August 1, I attempted to make a withdrawal from my Western Alliance account. Before I initiated the withdrawal, I noticed that the account number that was supposed to be my connected funding account was unfamiliar to me. I use the Western Alliance website to try to update that account information. After I confirmed that this is what I wanted, Western Alliance’s website informed me that this would now take up to 30 days. There was no way for me to know this ahead of time, and there was no way for me to cancel it once I had confirmed this. I called their customer service phone number and they told me, for the very first time, that the bank I used as my 'funding account' actually uses placeholder account numbers. This means that the account number that I see in my western alliance login dashboard will not match my actual bank account number. This was never explained to me before this conversation. The customer service rep assured me that the account is still connected is still active and that it will withdrawal will be processed as usual.

Today it is August 8. **I have been locked out of my account. My account has been completely frozen. **This is causing permanent damage to the operations of my business. My business is unable to pay our vendors. That has brought our entire operation to a screeching halt.

RUN. DO NOT TRUST WESTERN ALLIANCE WITH YOUR MONEY. THEY LOCKED ME OUT OF A 6-FIGURE ACCOUNT FOR NO FAULT OF MY OWN, WITH NO CLEAR PATH TO REMEDY THE SITUATION.
