Very friendly and answered all of my questions thoroughly and made us feel very comfortable and at ease!

Stella is an amazing nurse, extremely warm and kind, brilliant with babies and adults alike. I wanted to call and leave feedback because both times I’ve seen her she’s been so wonderful.

Me and my husband had check up with Mrs Ahmed before. She is kind, friendly and approachable person. All members in West green surgery are friendly.

I had an excellent experience with a routine appointment with Miss Onwuemene, she was kind, friendly, and made me feel at ease quickly !

Professional and gave all the information i needed

My appointment was scheduled for 9:00am. I called ahead to inform them I would be around 10 minutes late, and still arrived at 9:12am. Despite this, I was immediately told by reception that my appointment had been cancelled.
I asked if the doctor could still see me, and instead of a clear answer, I was made to wait over 10 minutes—only to then be told the doctor was “unable” to see me. During this time, the receptionist was eating snacks while speaking to me, which felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told they were not available. When I asked when they would be back, the response I received was simply: “I don’t know.” No effort to help, no accountability—just complete dismissal.
This is not the first issue I’ve had with this GP. Previously, a doctor filled out my medical report incorrectly, which resulted in me having to pay £145 twice. Because of their mistake, I then had to wait over 6 months for it to be corrected. This is completely unacceptable.
Overall, the service at West Green Road GP has been consistently poor—unprofessional staff, lack of care, and costly errors. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
