Very good support
I got an item that came apart after 4 uses. I contacted their support and they raised a warranty case with the manufacturer on my behalf. The manufacturer accepted it and wetsuitoutlet gave me a credit for the full value of the item. I was impressed as it was all deal with very quickly and professionally.

Unsatisfied
I found it most frustating trying to get back money paid in error as the logo that appeared was like a parking app. I was blue in the face trying to explain and was told my refund would be paid back if I changed my star rating to have it resolved. I think that is wrong as it was going back and forth and that's coercion so even that I eventually got a refund I can't recommend cocobux.com

I purchased two items from the wetsuit…
I purchased two items from the wetsuit outlet, both arrived but one was missing a hook, I emailed the company, attaching pictures of the item, wetsuit outlet contacted me, start of business, offering me either to return the item or to keep it with a 50% discount. I felt this was completely fair and was happy with outcome.
