On line order was simple. Contact email with company to sort out delivery got quick response and delivery driver call to advise of delivery time and location. Fragile goods well packaged and received in tact.

Heard good reports about this company and visited with a bit of worktop to see if I could get some wall panel to match. Steven was very helpful in offering advice on options and made sure we were happy with our purchase. He understood the problems we had with a previous installation which went wrong and sorted delivery next day. Very happy to recommend this company

Hi Dawn, thank you for your enquiry, we appreciate you getting in touch. I checked your order with us (Wet Walls & Ceilings) and you ordered one sample at £1.99 which has been delivered ok - Contemporary Formula Tile Effect 50cm Wall Panel.
It looks like the email you sent this morning with the missing samples that have not been delivered is from a completely different company to ours. I would recommend you get in touch with the other company to check on your order progress.

Great service and a wide range of high…
Great service and a wide range of high quality panels in a range of colours. The order stated that I had 100 days to return any items.
The plumber asked that I purchased 6 panels, but he ended up using 5. I was able to request the return of 1 of the panels, which was accepted and payment was in my account in 3 days, not the possible 10 days.
They are making adjustments to their computer system at the moment. When ordering online, the only delivery centre is Glasgow, but they have at least 5 centres. I rang up the Reading branch, quoting my order number, and I was able to pick them up in Reading. Very nice people to speak to.

Brilliant company.
Wet Wall Works Hillington are absolutely first class. The wall panels I chose were on sale and unfortunately there was not enough available for my project. Stuart was able to source some in England to complete my order. Every member of staff I spoke to was brilliant, they were aware of my order and able to keep me updated regarding delivery etc. The order was delivered on time, by an extremely pleasant, helpful driver. The product is beautiful and according to my fitter, excellent quality. Thank you so much wet wall works, Hillington, you definitely go above and beyond.

Post Office delivered a battered & torn envelope with 2 of 3 samples missing. Customer Service (I believe in Scotland) were excellent & have re issued the samples no bother. Very helpful !!!
