Excellent service from WW&C
Excellent service from WW&C. Delivered on time. The helpful driver put the wallboards where asked and took back a bit of unwanted trim. Refund appeared next day. What's not to like!

Wow amazing service
What can I say … I don’t leave reviews often but I felt compelled in this instance .
I run a very small and humble building company , we occasionally need panels and usually because I’m not ordering large amounts or regularly I get shall we say less than ideal service .
I had the reading store recommend by a colleague and from point of contact to delivery they are just different , I can’t speak of the other stores but everyone is just so helpful and nothing is too much trouble and the quality and prices cannot be ignored let alone beaten .
Dave and Steve from the reading store sort any problems and suddenly three are no problems no stress no agro .
I wish other merchants were half as good as your reading store .
I live 45 minutes away but I’ll go to grab when one panel there that good .
Cannot recommend enough .

Dissapointed.
I ordered some samples, 5 I think, one of which i really did like and thought I would be ordering. I received a phone call to say that I had ordered 2 of the same sample and I would be given a refund. I have been waiting for the delivery but looking on my bank account, I had received the full amount back. Really dissapointed that I did not receive the samples. Unfortunatley I have now ordered from a diffenrt company.

Great product and customer service
Easy to buy online.
Had no issues choosing the correct types of panels required, good detailed descriptions. Followed up by a great customer service experience.
One of the boards was damaged in transit, one phone call and they had arranged for the full pack to be replaced so the colour wouldnt be a mismatch.!

Our first purchase to the store in Hillington..Stock great and the store was heaving(that TELLS something)..It's only letdown is the staff aren't very friendly..otherwise it would have been 5 stars..Saying that..we'll be back because we loved everything we saw and have loads still to do..GREAT store

On ordering discrepancy
On ordering, discovered there was a discrepancy between the shipping price quoted on my receipt and the shipping price as advertised on the website (£75!). Phoned them up and they said that they would investigate. Was called back a wee while later and they said they would honour the advertised, website shipping cost. I was expecting much more of a battle over this! However the measure of a good Company is in how they rectify their mistakes and this company did so without hesitation. Would definitely buy from them again, but in future will hire a van and collect from Hillington, it's way cheaper!!! May increase to 5 stars when the goods arrive!

We only use our own dedicated vans for home delivery. At this point, we offer home delivery to areas where our stores are located which is Scotland and southeast England. Hopefully at some point in the future we will open a new store near to Lincolnshire and we would love to see you then. Many thanks, Paul

Won’t give me a refund after panels have been returned
Ordered bathroom panels, when they arrived they were a different shade of grey than expected so I sent items back to company for a refund which they were very helpful with. However I waited and waited for a refund then was told it has been processed after I emailed. I am still waiting for said refund over a month later. They have now stopped reply to emails and won’t give me an answer to when I will get my refund. Absolute crooks, do not bother
