I ordered a 16t sprocket,I got sent a 15t,spoke to them for replacement which they agreed was their mistake but seem slow to rectify ,4 days since I called and still no replacement.

Thank you for your feedback, and we are sincerely sorry for the frustration this mix-up has caused. We completely understand that waiting for the correct part is frustrating when you are eager to get your bike sorted.
Some of the items we supply are ordered directly from our manufacturer's supplier network upon receiving a customer order. In this instance, a genuine mistake occurred where the incorrect sprocket size was packaged and shipped out from the main warehouse facility.
We completely agree that this was our mistake, which is why following our telephone conversation 2 working days ago, we immediately raised a priority order for the correct 16t replacement with our supplier. As soon as it lands at our Great Harwood depot, it will be dispatched straight out to you on a priority delivery.
While it has been 4 days in calendar time since your call, unfortunately, over the course of just 2 working days, it is physically impossible to receive a specialised supplier part and get it back out to your door. We are working as hard as we can to get this rectified for you as quickly as courier timelines allow.
We appreciate your patience while we get the correct part into your hands. If you need any further updates on the tracking status in the meantime, please feel free to reach back out to the store directly.

The Yamaha Teneré World Raid I ordered was a brand new model, therefore wasn’t available for several months. When it arrived I asked Luke could they keep it for a few extra weeks until I was able to take delivery of it. They did this without problem. When I was able to take delivery I asked could they deliver it as early as possible on the delivery date. Again this was done without problem and it was delivered in perfect condition. I would most certainly recommend and buy from Whatever Wheels Yamaha again!

I bought a new 2026 MT-125 in black for…
I bought a new 2026 MT-125 in black for my 17-year-old son. The bike looks great, but there was one issue that could be considered either minor or quite serious, depending on how you view it.
The rear brake pedal was only about 11 inches from the ground, while the gear change pedal was around 12 inches high. I personally struggled to feel the brake pedal under my foot, and my son, who is completely new to riding, didn’t even realise there was a rear brake pedal because it was set so low.
I contacted the dealership to explain that the rear brake pedal needed adjusting. They told me the one in their showroom was actually lower than mine, but said I could bring the bike in and they would adjust it quickly as it was only a small job. I asked if they could send someone out instead, since it was a 60-mile round trip and the rear brake position should really have been checked before delivery. They refused.
In the end, I didn’t take the bike back and they didn’t offer to visit. I had originally planned to buy either a new MT-07 or an R7 from them for myself, but instead I purchased a new Aprilia 660 elsewhere. All future servicing for the MT-125 will also be carried out by another dealer.
According to the Yamaha factory manual, the recommended height for the rear brake pedal on an MT-125 is between 25 mm and 35 mm (1 to 1.4 inches) above the top of the foot peg

Every brand-new motorcycle we supply undergoes an exhaustive Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) signed off by our factory-trained master technicians, strictly adhering to Yamaha’s official UK safety and mechanical specifications. The brake pedal on your son's bike was inspected and verified as being set exactly to Yamaha's standard factory alignment.
It is important to note that control lever heights are highly subjective and are treated as a matter of personal rider ergonomics rather than factory defects. From the factory, the rear brake pedal is safely set slightly below the footrest level. This is a deliberate safety design to prevent riders (especially those new to riding, like your son) from accidentally resting their boot on the lever and riding or dragging the rear brake while in motion, which can lead to rapid pad wear, boiling brake fluid, or dangerous brake lockup.
When you contacted us, our team offered to adjust the pedal position to your son's personal riding preference free of charge as a courtesy if the bike was brought into our Great Harwood workshop. While we always strive to support our customers, we cannot dispatch field technicians for a 60-mile round trip to perform a minor, personal ergonomic adjustment on a perfectly safe, factory-spec vehicle.
We completely respect your decision regarding where you purchase and service your machines, but our primary focus remains the safety and standard-compliant prep of every bike that rolls out of our showroom.
We wish your son many safe and happy miles on his MT-125. Should you ever wish to utilize our workshop for adjustments or servicing, our doors on Glebe Street remain open.

I purchased a great motorcycle from this dealership. From the minute I contacted them through the website, and then speaking with Luke, communication was 100%.
I was sent a video of the bike, and I identified a minor issue which was immediately rectified; a replacement handguard was purchased and fitted.
This company use a guy called Dale to deliver their motorcycles to customers. Dale contacted me before and during the drive, making the delivery a breeze! The bike had been secured very well in the vehicle and was handled very well at my property.
I fully recommend Whatever Wheels if you are looking for a bike, and for delivery, if applicable.

Product fine, service could be better
Received exactly what I bought. It appeared my order waited as “order received “ for 3 or 4 days and my contacting them triggered shipping; or maybe it was coincidence? Communications were ok but a little slow (i was initially given the wrong information for the courier/tracking). I wonder if they’re not a little short handed.
