I was surprised that one of the…
I was surprised that one of the additional men I had paid for not only arrived late but left early due to a medical issue. There was also one breakage and two pieces of furniture had scratches that were not there to start with. I ended up paying a lot more than I had anticipated for the bill which was very disappointing.

Very good overall service
Very good overall service. I had 2 packers for a day before I moved and 3 men on the day with the van when I moved. All workers were very professional and worked tirelessly as a team. I can recommend this moving company.

Wow, I don't wish to move every day, but if I did, I would use W.H.Cox every day, without fail.

A slight hiccup but they recovered well
Our request was a little more complex than usual, in that we wanted our furniture removed in two stages but returned all at once. The removals went totally smoothly but on the return day only one lot of stuff had been loaded onto the van and they had to go back to the stores to find the rest. However that was all done very quickly (helped by the fact that they are very local) and everything came back intact and undamaged. Had it not been for the slight mix up at the end I'd have given them 5 stars.

The packing option was well worth the…
The packing option was well worth the money ! So hassle free ! Everything was treated with care and respect , no breakages etc. The team moved so quick that I couldn’t really believe it ! I was at home in my new apartment the same day and it was nothing like the nightmare I had envisioned the move to be. The team made the whole experience a much easier situation than I could have hoped for. I will definitely use them at some point in the future and have no problem recommending them to anybody looking for a seemless move. Thankyou and we’ll done , regards , mr rm waters

A terrific move
We were delighted with the professionalism and skill shown by everyone who moved us. We hired them to pack and deliver our five BR house over a three day period. The first day was devoted to crating art work and all breakables, including china. Only one individual worked, but he was tireless. Day two featured a four man crew who wraped and then loaded their large lorry. Day three started with packing our bed and other last minute items, and then driving an hour to our new house. Here the skill of the two lorry drivers was impressive, as the new house is built on a very steep and narrow road. After 10 days we have unpacked about 2/3 of the boxes, with nothing broken or missing. I would recommend this firm to anyone; the packing job was first rate, and the crew were uniformly polite and hard working.
