Found plastic in the actual chocolate. So ticked off. I spend 10 dollars for this stuff a block in Australia just to have them carelessly drop plastic in to my Mrs chocolate

Best chocolate ever!! I love all the fondants. I plan on spending pretty much all my birthday money next week on the coconut fondants 👌

The range of flavours on Whitakers chocolate is amazing with all the fondant creams I love.
I am slowly making my way though the various flavours of 1kg buckets!
The service and delivery is great. £5.99 delivery charges are a bit steep but the items are heavy so guess there is no way around that.

My husband just loves your chocolates and can’t get enough of them. I am unfortunately diabetic so I can’t have any.

Made quite a large order for Christmas. A number of the chocolates had an odd menthol taste. I requested a refund for ITEMS THAT WERE UNOPENED, they claimed to be conducting a taste test of remaining product and said they'd be in touch. They NEVER responded even after subsequent emails. They seem to refuse returns outright which seems very shady. Just to reiterate I was only requesting a refund of unopened sellable items and was ignored.

Excellent customer service. I had a complaint about a quality issue of some chocolates I was given at Christmas. I emailed the company with the complaint and it was resolved on the day and I received fresh chocolates the following day!

We ordered hampers for our team over Christmas, the team loved them. Whitakers team were quick to respond and delivered perfectly with no issues.

Fantastic chocolates. All my family love them. Make great gifts - who doesn’t love good chocolate. Highly recommend.

The Milk Chocolate Brazils I received from Whitaker Chocolates are exceptional. The milk chocolate coating is wonderfully thick, creamy, and full of flavour, and the brazils nuts themselves are impressively large and crunchy. The presentation is lovely too - you can tell these are top quality chocolates. I'm a huge fan of chocolate brazils and these are among the best I've ever had. I will definitely be buying again !

Delicious Fondant Creams!

Sooooo tasty, I cant get enough of them.

I bought the festive spice crisps. Wow, extremely good.

Coffee creams bought via Amazon were mishaped, miscoulored did not look very appetising they looked as if they had melted or gone stale they had a whitish hue to them. They were bought via Amazon and they wouldn't accept a return, so it looks like the bin for them.

Well well well. Made an order with next day delivery, provided the correct address and seems like the courier attempted to deliver at a different address with no response so the parcel went back to depot. Tried to reschedule delivery but only showed the incorrect address. Got in touch with the courier who told me to get in touch with whitakers. Phoned whitakers who told me to call the delivery company?? I told Whittakers that the courier said only the company can fix the address. Called whitakers about 10 times to fix this issue and the re assured me the parcel will be sent out waited 2 weeks still no parcel. Phoned whittakers again as I was so frustrated such an unprofessional company as they had the audacity to lie. Lady on the phone said it would reach me the next day so received parcel and the invoice said ‘lost order replacement sent’ so basically they had lost my parcel which whittakers should’ve informed me about but as they are unprofessional they didn’t. Will NOT be ordering again.

First time ordering and the experience was so good I have already placed another order. Items received within 24 hours of ordering. Emailed with tracking and delivered within the given timeframe. I’ve taste tested the Chocolates and they are very nice and for the price really good value

A bit disappointed ordered nearly a week ago, still haven’t had my order.
Apparently an item was out of stock, I have received an email and chosen a different item.
Still waiting.

I've ordered twice from Whitakers. Firstly some 'Coronation' chocs for our street party. They went down so well I placed a second order for Halloween along with some other selections for gifts. There was as issue with two of the items however an immediate response was forthcoming when highlighted resulting in what is probably the best customer service I have ever received. Delivery on both occasions was extremely quick.
This is a company that really cares about its customers and takes pride in its business. I shall continue to buy from them. Why don't you? You wont be disappointed!

I ordered some Halloween chocolates to share with my family and friends at Halloween. Unfortunately when the tub of chocolates arrived the tub was broken in pieces and some of the chocolates damaged despite being very well packed. I rang and was asked to send some photos of the product. This matter was dealt with quickly and effectively. As I live in the area one of their team called in personality to deliver the replacement by hand! Fantastic customer service 10/10 Would definitely order from here again.
