Great products, exceptional service.
I've ordered twice from Whitakers. Firstly some 'Coronation' chocs for our street party. They went down so well I placed a second order for Halloween along with some other selections for gifts. There was as issue with two of the items however an immediate response was forthcoming when highlighted resulting in what is probably the best customer service I have ever received. Delivery on both occasions was extremely quick.
This is a company that really cares about its customers and takes pride in its business. I shall continue to buy from them. Why don't you? You wont be disappointed!

Fantastic service
I ordered some Halloween chocolates to share with my family and friends at Halloween. Unfortunately when the tub of chocolates arrived the tub was broken in pieces and some of the chocolates damaged despite being very well packed. I rang and was asked to send some photos of the product. This matter was dealt with quickly and effectively. As I live in the area one of their team called in personality to deliver the replacement by hand! Fantastic customer service 10/10 Would definitely order from here again.

Excellent chocolates and great customer service too. We contacted them regarding an issue with a product and it was resolved immediately. Can't fault them, and will definitely carry on using this brand.

Received a box of these as part of a gift, I hadn't heard of this brand before and didn't know what to expect. What I can say is". Wow some of the best chocolate I've ever had, excellent quality and the variety of flavours is fantastic
I would happily and highly recommend these to anyone

I love Whittakers
I love Whittakers for all their vegan offerings. I ordered 12kg of cremes to make up accidentally vegan Christmas gifts for numerous family and friends and keep a healthy amount for us to enjoy too. The price is great and the service was fantastic, thanks so much for the free tub of miss shapes 😍

Really enjoy the Mint Crisp Wafers have done for years. I’ve been on the website recently and they now have the 1kg box available I had to purchase, all for under £12 I’ve had a very good Easter!
