Muy mala atención al cliente
Muy mala atención al cliente, donde en vez de dar una solución o ayudar al cliente, se limitan a culparle.
En la web metí mi dirección como.datos de envío, pero no se cambió y lo envié al punto pack más cercano en vez a mi domicilio.
Resulta que su punto pack más cercano está a 70km de mi domicilio!!
En vez aconsejarme qué puedo hacer o cómo gestionarlo para que desde el punto pack pueda enviármelo a mi casa, se limitan a decirme que es mi culpa y que para eso es para lo que pagué.
Primera y última vez que compro aquí.

Bolsa abierta y mala atención al cliente
Hize un pedido de varios productos y cuando abrí el paquete una bolsa estaba abierta y su contenido esparcido por toda la caja. Les escribí y les envie fotos al correo explicando la situación, pero no obtuve respuesta. He esperado más de una semana a una solución, pero ni siquiera contestan a los correos ni a el chat de la web.

First order arrived poorly packaged and an item missing. Contacted them and provided me with a voucher to the value of and free p&p code
Reordered same day- Wednesday on 24/48 postage- messaged on the Monday to say DPD had not moved the order any idea- no reply no nothing
Finally turned up Tuesday.
Would not order again. Needs to use better packaging skills and answer emails

P&P is an extortionate and very slow
P&P is an extortionate and even when selecting fastest shipping takes ages! Had an email to say my order had been dispatched, which was later than i expected so complained that day after to then been told it had only been collected today (as in the day after stated in the email i received) so basically they lie when they ship orders out. Customer service is rubbish. Much better sweet sites with cheaper quicker delievery ie candymail & poppincandy

Not really worth they money I paid
Not really worth they money I paid. Thought it would have come in something other than a cardboard delivery box so I could have wrapped it up for Christmas. They ovb give you minimum sweets as they charge for the prime alone well over the odds. Wouldn’t but again and wouldn’t recommend.

I think it’s a little expensive for…
I think it’s a little expensive for what you get but it was for my son and he was happy. However there were quite a few things too spicy for him and as that is an acquired taste maybe only one packet needed
